Brenda Seaholm-Wampler: "I created my
blog as a type of diary for my journey
through my creative part of life, and as
life, it has changed throughout this
journey, shifting from paper arts, book
making, scrap-booking, jewelry creations,
art finds, publishing honors and
accomplishments just to name a few. And now
my latest journey is digital photography. I
love pictures and words, and to be able to
create with them, into one, and to express
my feelings and dreams has been a wonderful,
amazing, and very fulfilling part of this
journey. It allows me to create on the go,
anywhere, anytime, and allows me to blog
with only one picture, as the words are
continued within."

"I created this album in the dead of winter as I
dreamed of the previous year’s summer vacation and longed
for the return of hot, sunny days on the boardwalk, again.
As I looked through pictures of our impromptu family
vacation to Florida, I knew I had to create a special book
to hold my very precious memories of our much needed trip. I
used ordinary book pages that I painted and distressed for
the pages, and chipboard covers done in Graphic 45’s On the
Boardwalk collection. I love the aged look of this book and
the tactile experience of viewing it."

"I was at a craft show when I saw these cute wooden
cupcake stands and I just had to have one. I found these
little buckets marked for clearance and since I love all
things miniature, I had to have them. My cupcake stand and
miniature buckets sat separate collecting dust until I
received my March kit from Dixie Pieces. That is when this
project was conceived!"
