Thank you all  so much for participating in my 1500 Facebook Fan Blog Giveaway.  I feel so fortunate to have so many talented friends that share my love of scrapbooking and crafting.  Thank you for becoming a fan on Facebook (and following my blog) so we can share this wonderful journey together. 

I really enjoyed reading all of the comments everyone left on yesterday's post.  Unfortunately, I am only able to pick one winner.  That's the part I don't like.  I wish I could give each and every one of you a prize.  To be as fair as I possibly could, I printed out all of the comments, put them in a bag, Maddie mixed them up, and Lily drew a name.  And, the winner is…

A Week of Halloween Tags-Day #5

Halloween Tag-Day 3

I did it!  Another day of tags!  I really like this one!  It's good & spooky!!  I didn't do a tutorial, but I'll give you a quick rundown of what I did.  I sprayed the tag with Glimmer Mist colors Popsicle and Graphite (I did this in several layers to get a dark color).  I inked the edges with Distress Ink-Black Soot. Then, I painted it with Distress Crackle Paint-Rock Candy.  After it dried, I rubbed a little white paint into the cracks of the crackle paint, and I used the cap on the bottle to make circles.  I used a little more Black Soot to tone down the white.  I set eyelets along the side, and threaded sheer ribbon through.  I embellished, then stamped a background stamp in Stazon along the right edge.
